SUBJECT WILLIAM KRAWSKI PROPERTY ... BUCKLAND ROAD
This Division has received a copy of Douglas Prior's Sanitary Report on the
subject property. Dated 17 June, 1974, this Report shows a percolation rate of
one (1) inch in twenty (20) minutes. Per Section 19-13-B201 of the State Public
Health Code the minimum effective leaching area at this rate is 675 square feet,
with an additional area of 225 square feet for each bedroom above three (3).
At a 3-foot trench width a minimum field for this building would have to be 225
running feet - not 190 as shown on Prior's plan.
With careful installation and inspection I see no reason why a septic system
will not function properly.
