Town Engineer Town of South Windsor 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Kennedy Road Cul-de-Sac Resubdivision Application Stormwater Management Statement Dear Mr. Doolittle: For information regarding stormwater management of the above-referenced application, please refer to the Stormwater Management Report for the 67 Kennedy Road Warehouse/Distribution Center site plan application. The report contains results of the required calculations for stormwater attenuation, water quality measures, and pipe sizing for the storm drainage associated with proposed cul-de-sac at the end of Kennedy Road. The results indicate post-development flows will be less than pre-development flows for the 2, 10, 25, 50, and 100 year design storms, adequate water quality treatment is provided in the adjacent water quality basin, and the new pipes serving the cul-de-sac are sized to accommodate a 10 year design storm per standard engineering practices. Please reach out if you have any questions. Sincerely, DESIGN PROFESSIONALS, INC. Daniel H. Jameson, P.E. If this application is approved, the Planning Dept.requests no additional approval modifications other than those already noted. 67 KENNEDY ROAD WAREHOUSE &DISTRIBUTION CENTER 352 Sullivan Avenue,67 an 6E Kennedy Road -May 4,2022 asunsnu South Windsor,Connnticux r m mmm.57wmmc.w.39mm .Y mwmg’m.‘esign m-EHW F mlessionals m:mu:I um mun-uy PLANNING DEPARTMENT 06 4 x coP CERTIFIED MAIL 7022 2410 0000 6508 2919 October 13, 2023 Peter DeMallie Design Professionals, Inc. 21 Jeffrey Drive South Windsor, CT 06074 Dear Mr. DeMallie: Re: Appl. 23-41P Scannell Properties #664, LLC Resubdivision We are pleased to advise you that the Planning & Zoning Commission voted on October 10, 2023 to approve with modifications Application #23-41P, for a minor Resubdivision for the redesign of the cul-de-sac at the northern end of Kennedy Road, I zone, as shown on plans prepared by Design Professionals, Inc., project #4670 and dated September 22, 2023.
