.This Temporary and condifional permif was originaHy granfed in i991.The
office area is approximafely 880 sq ff.(40’x 22’)and if is locafed slighfly
oufside fhe building line along Governor’s Highway.
.The modular office is currenfly nof in use.
.In 2018 fhe Commission approved fhe permif wifh fhe condifion fhaf fhe
properfy be broughf info compliance before renewing fhe permif again;
however if was renewed in 2020.
.The wording of fhe T &C permif regulafion is fhaf,“Temporary and
condifional permifs may be granfed by fhe Commission for a period nof fo
exceed 2 years.Such approval may be given affer a public hearing if,in fhe
judgmenf of fhe Commission,fhe public convenience and welfare will be
subsfanfially served,and fhe appropriafe use of neighboring properfy will nof
be subsfanfially or permanenfly injured,and fraffic and ofher hazards will nof
resulf from such use.”
