25 Talbot Lane
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Subsequent to the submittal of the I W WC application referenced above and prior to its
having been received by the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency— Conservation
Commission, we have learned from the Senior Environmental Planner that it is the
opinion of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and the Senior Environmental Planner that
the referenced application as submitted by UW Vintage Lane II, LLC cannot be acted on

approved by the commission on November 3, 2021.
Understanding that to be the case, UW Vintage Lane II, LLC hereby withdraws the
application filed on December 20, 2021 and, in lieu thereof, transmits simultaneously
with this letter a request for review of its new plans (i) for compliance with condition 8 of
the permit as approved on November 3, 2021 and (ii) to obtain confirmation that the

Commission to the Planning and Zoning Commission with respect to Application 21-36P
for purposes of Section 8-3(g)(1) of the Connecticut General Statutes remains applicable
to the new site plan application submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission on
December 20, 2021.
