Dear Mr. De Vito,
We have completed our review of your payment request dated March 7, 2008 and approve the
amount of $1,765.00 as eligible costs for the above referenced project.
The State will wire the payment amount to the Tax -Exempt Bond Proceeds Fund Account
established for this project. This action should occur within ten to fourteen days from the date of this
letter. Please contact me in the event the wire transfer does not occur by the fourteenth day from the
date of this letter.
For your information, the available grant balance in this agreement after processing this payment is
$7,354.40.
