Environmental Health Officer Town of South Windsor 1540 Sullivan Ave. South Windsor, CT 06074 Dear Bob, 310 Hartford Turnpike Vernon, CT 06066 (860)875-1475 Toll Free (877) 295-1310 email waynereynolds@snet.net It took quite some time to obtain 3 quotes from contractors who are acceptable to the Connecticut Water Company to hook up city water to the residence we own at 161 Beelzebub Road, South Windsor, CT. Based on your certified letter of March 28, 2008, copy enclosed, I requested bids from the companies you mentioned in your letter, and found that two of them were not interested in quoting on the project. The CT Water Company provided me with the names of other contractors to request bids from for the job in question. I am enclosing the bids from Folsom Construction, mentioned in your letter, and from D. & L. Excavation and Barber Utilities, LLC. Please let me know that you have received this letter and the process that will be followed now that I have obtained the three requested bids. Thank you for your assistance in securing whatever information the State of Connecticut requires in order to pay for the cost of securing city water for the home we own in South Windsor.
