Dear Bob,
Enclosed is the invoice for the bill I paid to Barber Utilities, LLC, for connecting the
property Gail Reynolds and I own at 161 Beelzebub Road, South Windsor.
I contracted them to do the work after they were approved by Hank Olszewski from the
Department of Environmental Protection as the lowest of three bidders required in order
to have the State of Connecticut pick up the cost of connecting to city water.
Hank Olszewski recommended that I forward all invoices to you so that you would be
kept informed as the work was completed. The job has been completed and the property
is now obtaining water from the Connecticut Water Company. Please forward the
invoice to Hank so that I can be reimbursed for the cost of completing this project.
Please call me at work @ 875-1475 during the day or at my residence in the evening @
872-9229 if there are any questions. Thank you for your assistance in changing the water
system at the property from the well which is now abandoned, to city water.
