Dear Mr. Dzen,

Based on information recently obtained from the Department of Environmental
Protection, that the existing well located at 215 Barber Hill Road has in the past been
tested for TCE and none was detected, you may use that well as a water service for you
proposed new home in that area.
Services of pollution, septic system, buried oil tank, etc. cannot be located closer than
seventy five feet from the well.
If not already so, the well casing must extend twelve to eighteen inches about finished
grade.
Before use, a normal potability test plus testing for TCE must be conducted on the supply
and it must be tested for TCE on a yearly basis.
