Your request to have a door and small deck installed i the rear of your unit has been approved
by the Pleasant Hills Board of Directors.
Attached you will find a Hold Harmless Agreement th t must be signed by the owner unless you
have power of attorney or are also on the deed.
Please sign the attached agreement as soon as possible and return it to my office so a member of
the Board of Directors can execute it. Please have you signature witnessed.
