Dear Mr. Collins:
Pursuant to our conversation of February 9, 1993, I acknowledge building codes
mandate that pressure treated lumber be use in framing for my wall surface
which comes in contact with concrete below round level.
Althouggh I have not used pressure treated Umber in my project, I will not
hold tine Building Department responsible fo any damage due to lack of
pressure treated lumber in my basement.
