Dear Mr. Mix;
OPEN PERMIT:
I have contacted your household either by a phone call to your home
or I have dropped off a door tag. This was done to remind you that
you have an open BUILDING PERMIT. I have had no response to this .
According to our records you still need either an intermediate or
final inspection. Would you please contact me and let me know the
status of your project. If your project is finished please call and
schedule a final inspection. Please be advised that occupancy of a
structure that does not have a CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY is a
VIOLATION of STATE STATUTE # 29-265 .
Please contact this office within one week of receipt of this letter.
