Remove existing roofing shingles from the entire home, inspect plywood for rot or deterioration, install Owens Corning ice shield protection on
entire roof surface, install large f8 drip edge metal and Owens Corning starter course shingles along the entire roof perimeter, replace
bathroom vent pipe flashings (2), install OC pro edge ridge cap at all peaks as well as Owens Corning rigid roll ridge ventilation, inspect and
replace wall flashing as necessary, install architectural Owens Corning Duration 50 year roof shingles in Teak.
