DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
ROOF:
-Remove all existing (1 layers) of shingles off of the entire roof.
-Re-nail any lose plywood. Remove all damaged plywood and replace with new 1/2” plywood.
-Install WeatherLock ice and water shield on entire roof.
- Install Owens Corning Starter Strip Shingles along all gutter lines, rake edges, and valleys.
-Install F-5 drip edge all around edges of roof
-Install New Stack Pipe Boots, Roof vents and Cut Ridge vent for proper ventilation and install Hip & Ridge Shingles were needed.
-Use five to six nails to secure Owens Corning 30 year Architectural Roofing shingles of homeowner’s choice in accordance with
manufacturer’s specifications.

CHIMNEY:
-Install New step flashing and custom former counter flashing; then seal with Geocel Tripolymer Sealant. -Repair chimney crown as needed.
PERMITS:
-All regular building permits pertaining to the work being performed will be pulled by John’s Roofing Siding & Windows, LLC.
DUMPSTER:
-Dumpster: is for the sole use of John’s Roofing Siding & Windows,LLC.
-All work related debris will be removed from job site, drag magnet will be used to pick up stray nails after complete installation. Dumpster and
its removal are part of contract.
