DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
-Remove all existing siding -Install Insulation over entire house and tape all seems (This will increase your insulation factor and R-Value and
act as moisture barrier.) -Install adaptable mounting Split blocks, Light blocks, Dryer vents, J-Channels to coincide with vinyl siding. (color:
Harbor Gray ) -Install Soffit vents where needed -Install Traditional Corner Post and Wrap all rake boards, facia boards, doors and windows
frames with coil capping and caulk as needed (color: WHITE) -Install Mastic Ovation Vinyl Siding on entire house, except the bay window area

Gutter and Downspout Installation
-All existing gutters and downspouts will be removed and replaced with new seamless gutters. -The replacement gutters to be installed are 032
gage 5 inch seamless gutters. -Position of Gutters: will be installed on the appropriate position and properly connect into the ?downspouts
which will go down along the side of the house and away from the foundation (This is done to prevent water damage in the basement.) - All
connections will be made using appropriate fittings within gutters system (i.e corners, elbows, end caps, and connectors)
