DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This permit is being submitted retroactively by the current owner. The former owner did this work without applying for a permit. As far as can
be determined, the extent of the electrical work for this project was to move two electrical switches (garage lights and loft light), install a 24"
radiator in new 1/2 bath and a 48" radiator in the mudroom (former breezway area), and add light and electrical outlet to new 1/2 bath.
Please note, I am attaching an evaluation (not full inspection) made by a licensed electrician. According to this electrician there are multiple
code violations. However, I leave it to the town to decide the minimum that should have been done. This electrician will be used for any
electrical work going forward, but is not responsible for the current work.
