DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a retroactive permit. The former owner did the work in 2020 without the proper permits. This project
involved converting a breezeway into a living space (mudroom) and a half bath.
- New framing of a 41.5” x 90.5” half bath on concrete slab breezeway. Tie framing into existing peaked ceiling.
- Cut out concrete floor slab and drill hole through concrete foundation to add plumbing and sewer line to toilet and sink
- Add wiring from existing panels for radiator, light, and outlet in half bath and wiring for radiator in mudroom. Move wiring for switches to
garage light and loft stair light.
- Remove back door between main house and mudroom, update mudroom doors (front and back) to steel doors
-increasing insulation in garage and replacing in loft area
