DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1.) Remove current chimney crown and dispose of the debris.
2.) Install new chimney crown.
3.) Remove current brick chimney shelf and dispose of the debris.
4.) Install new custom cut piece of blue stone over the chimney shelf. (30”x30”)
5.) Remove and replace 5 spalled bricks on the driveway side of the chimney.
6.) Perform minimal repointing of the missing joints throughout the chimney.
7.) Install single flue stainless steel cap over the flue that does not currently have one.
