DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Remove existing Heil 60,000btu 5.0 ton attic air handler and 48,000btu 4.0 ton outdoor condenser and install the following Heil equipment in
it's place: (1) md# FXM4X6000AL 60,000btu 5.0 ton air handler with a 5 speed constant torque ECM blower assembly, and (1) md#
N4A348GKC 48,000btu 4.0 ton single stage 13 SEER outdoor condenser with R410A freon. We are reconnecting to the existing ductwork and
line and low voltage wiring on the system. We are installing new acr refrigeration and pvc drain piping. The customer's electrican is responsible
for any electrical upgrades required per current code guidelines or regulations.
