due to an insurance water loss we will be restoring kitchen (with a new layout), living room and upstairs hallway. new drywall on walls & ceiling,
paint and trim. once walls are demo'd we will check insulation on exterior walls to make sure it is up to code. kitchen cabinets will have a new
layout (see uploaded sketch). plumber and electrician to pull their own permits off of the building permit.
