DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Remove existing Weil McLain oil fired tankless coil atmospheric vent boiler and install the following Bosch direct vent boiler in its place: (1) md#
ZWB42-3 36,000btu-151,600btu (input) 135,000btu (Doe) 117,000 (Net IBR) 95% AFUE direct vent wall hung "Combi" condensing boiler with
a 4.0 GPM for domestic hot water production. The boiler will be mounted on a plywoood wall inside the mechanical room in the basement. This
will be an oil to gas conversion. We are installing a new 1" BI main manifold in the mechanical room with (1) dedicated BI gas line to the new
boiler. The customer is responsible for the removal and disposal of the (2) existing oil tanks on the property. Any required electrical upgrades
needed will be the responsibilty of the customer's electricain.
