DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
We would be replacing existing Utica 80% chimney vented natural gas boiler and AO Smith chimney vented hot water heater with a new wall
mounded high efficiency natural gas Rinnai I 120CN Ondeman comibi Wall hug ,2" pvc intake and exhaust with a flush mounted exhaust kit.
Replacing electric zone valves with new high efficiency 007 circulating pumps. Also would be adding a 5 zone taco zone panel. We would be
capping off existing 7" flue and sealing it up.We would be reusing all line and low volgage wiring and natural gas line but relocating to new
location with new system.
