DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Remove (1) existing 80% AFUE atmospheric vent natural gas boiler and (1) existing 40 gallon atmospheric vent natural gas water heater and
install the following "Combi" natural gas boiler to provide heat and domestic hot water to the home: (1) Utica md# MACF-150 125,000-
153,000btu (input-heating/hot water) 113,000-136,000btu (DOE output-heating/hot water), 98,000btu (Net IBR-heating) 95% AFUE direct vent
natural gas modulating floor mounted "combi" boiler with electronic ignition. We are reconnecting to (2) existing copper heating circuits and the
existing low and line voltage wiring. The existing chimney openings will be sealed. The customer's electrician is responsible for any electrical
upgrades that are required per current code guidelines.
