DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Removal of existing roofing system down to roof deck. Installation of CertainTeed WinterGuard Ice and Water membrane approximately 6' from
eaves, 9' in valleys, and 3' from rake edges and around penetrations. Installation of MFM ASTM D1970 Compliant 4” Plywood Seam Tape.
Remaining roof deck to be covered with CertainTeed Roof Runner synthetic underlayment. White F5 drip edge to be installed to eave and rake
edges. CertainTeed SwiftStart starter shingles to be installed to eave and rake edges. CertainTeed Landmark series architectural shingles in
Georgetown Grey color to be installed, all plumbing ventilation pipe flashings to be replaced with IPS brand pipe boots. Chimney to be flashed
with new lead step flashing and new lead counter flashing. Installation of color matched CertainTeed Shadow Ridge cap shingles. Total of 30
squares.
