Re: Appeal No. 1237-78
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance to Section 5, Article 5.2, to allow
construction closer to the side line than permitted on
premises known as 20 Birch Road has been approved.
The Board feels it is in keeping with the general character of
the neighborhood and is the only logical extension of the
building which will still supply egress to the rear yard.
The variance will be for 5 feet.
This action is effective April 19, 1978.
