Re: Unpermitted temporary sign
Dear Mr. Brown:
Over an extended period of time, this office has observed the presence of
a temporary sign for your business within the above referenced property
that has been displayed without a permit. Please be aware that the Town
of South Windsor regulates the presence of temporary signs on
commercial property.
Table 6.5.8A of the Town of South Windsor Zoning Regulations limits
temporary signs to be displayed for 30 days from the opening date of a
new business or new business location, or for 15 days, 6 times in a
calendar year for special promotions or events.
Please remove the temporary sign from the site within ten (10) days to
avoid enforcement action from this office. If you have any questions,
