Dear Mr. & Mrs. Gagnon:
I received a complaint on September 16, 2016 regarding the storage of
construction equipment on your property.
Please be aware that the zoning regulations do not allow this type of
vehicle to be stored on residential property. Section 3.2. 1B Commercial
Vehicles limits the type of commercial vehicle permitted to be stored on
residential .property to either a van or pick-up truck type vehicle.
I have enclosed the pertinent section of the regulations for your
reference. Please remove the construction equipment from your property
by September 30, 2016 to avoid enforcement action. If you have any

attention to this request.
