Re: Commercial truck
Dear Mr. Felix:
This office has received several complaints about the storage of a tractor
trailer cab on your property at 43 Marilyn Road. Section 3.2. 1E
Commercial Vehicles of the Town Zoning regulations only allows one
commercial vehicle to.be parked on residential property, provided such
vehicle is a van or pick-up type vehicle. A copy of the regulation.is
included for your review.
A review of our files and those of the Town Clerk show that you applied for
and received a minor home occupation for a home office for your
registered business, Felix Let Move On. When you applied for your minor
home occupation, a copy of the appropriate regulations was attached.
In Section 7. 11.3A. 4. Performance Standards of these regulations (a copy
of which is attached), it clearly states that only 1 business associated
van/nick-up is allowed, and outdoor storage/parking of the business
vehicle is prohibited.
Please remove the commercial vehicle from your property by November
17, 2017 to avoid enforcement action by this office. You can contact me
