Dear Mr. Lyver:
While I was driving past your house last week, I noticed a "room for rent"
sign posted in your front yard at 630 Pleasant Valley Road. Please be
aware that the Town of South Windsor does not allow boarders to rent
individual rooms within a residence.
Please remove the advertisement for the room from your yard, and any
you may have posted on social media or the newspapers immediately to
