Dear Mr. & Mrs. Fiori:
Please be advised that the permit for the in-law apartment on your property at
12 Lefoll Boulevard will expire on September 26, 2016.
If you would like to extend your permit beyond the above expiration date, you
must submit a request in writing stating that the conditions of the original
approval remain the same.
If you are no longer using the space as an in-law apartment, please send a letter
indicating that, and describing how the space has been converted back to living
space for the single-family dwelling.
Please submit the appropriate correspondence by August 16, 2016. If
