Re: Unregistered vehicles and debris on property
Dear Mr. Cristovao:
I sent you a letter on March 1, 2016 regarding the number of unregistered
vehicles and amount of debris on your property at 12 Schanck Road/R006
Crow Park Road. In that letter, you were requested to remove all
unregistered vehicles and debris by March 21, 2016. .
A recent drive by shows that there has been no change to your property.
Please remove any unregistered vehicles as well as all debris by April 8,
2016 to avoid a blight lien and the associated $100 per day penalty being
placed on your property. You should also be aware that the Anti-Blight
Ordinance gives the Town the right to remove the cause of blight at your
