Re: Commercial trucks and equipment at 911 Foster Street
To whom it may concern:
After receiving a complaint regarding commercial vehicles, I have seen
commercial trucks and a trailer storing commercial equipment on the
property at 911 Foster Street for a couple of weeks. Section 3.2. 1B
Commercial Vehicles of the Town Zoning regulations only allows one
commercial vehicle to be parked on residential property provided such
vehicle is a van or pick-up type vehicle. A copy of the regulation is
included for your review.
Please remove the commercial vehicles and equipment from your
property by April 15, 2019 to avoid enforcement action by this office. You
