Dear Ms. Golas:
It has recently come to my attention that there is a large amount of debris
being stored on your property at 694 Sullivan Avenue. A review of aerial
photographs show a large amount of vehicles and debris stored behind
and alongside the garages.
The last site plan to be submitted to the Town for this site (submitted in
1994), did not indicate any outdoor storage of vehicles or debris. The
current situation is a violation of that site plan. In addition, the approved
site plan appears to identify wetlands and an area of regulated land
which have been filled with debris.
Please remove all of the debris from the property and bring the site into
compliance with the approved site plan by September 22, 2017 to avoid
