Re: Compliance with Site Plan, 299 Strong Road, South Windsor
Dear Mr. Giuliano:
Based on complaints received by this office, I have made several trips
past your property at 299 Strong Road, South Windsor, and it has come to
my attention that the Site Plan of Development for this property is not
being complied with. Specifically, equipment, trailers, dumpsters and
vehicles appear to be stored on a portion of the site. None of this
material was indicated on the approved site plan.
If the use of this site has changed since the original approval, please
submit a Site Plan modification demonstrating how you would like to utilize
the property. Please bring this site into compliance with your approved
site plan or submit a site plan modification by February 28, 2017 to avoid
enforcement action by this office. If you have any questions, you can
