While you have addressed the concerns regarding the temporary signage for an unrelated business, and removed the boats, car and box truck being stored on your site, the issue of outdoor storage has not been resolved. The Town of South Windsor's zoning regulations, in Section 2.11 A, prohibits the storage of any material outside a building if such storage is visible from a public way. During the 2013 approval process for your site, it was stated that you intended to comply with this section of the regulations by installing privacy slats in the southern and western sections of the chain link fence to screen the area from the adjacent roadway. This concern was raised in that July 17, 2015 letter. To date, no schedule for the installation of the privacy slats has been submitted as had been requested. Please install the privacy slats on the chain link fence or relocate all outdoor stored materials by December 18, 2015. Contact me at (860) 644-2511, extension 251 if you have any questions. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, Pamela A. Oliva, CHO Zoning Enforcement Officer cc: Director of Planning
