Dear Mr. Valvo:
During a recent inspection by the Town Fire Marshal, it was discovered that you
have placed fuel tanks to the rear of your property. Please be aware that this is
a violation of your site plan, which was approved on June 12, 2007.
The approved site plan indicated that the area behind the main building would
be used for storage of trailers that would be used as storage containers. There
was no mention Of fuel tanks being stored or used on your property.
Please cease use of the fuel tanks immediately. Contact me at (860) 644-

in this matter.
