NOTICE OF VIOLATION

To whom it may concern:
I have observed the clearing of vacant property adjacent to your
property in violation of the approved site plan for your property at 379
Chapel Road. The Town of South Windsor zoning regulations, in Section
8.5 A.2. Site Plan Standards and Procedures, requires site plan approval for
all uses in non-residential zones.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a site plan for your
property on March 11, 1987. That site plan did not include any use of the
vacant property to the west of your property.
CORRECTIVE ACTION REQUIRED: Cease all work on the vacant lot until a
site plan has been approved for the site.
