As stated then and in several earlier letters, the main structure has been neglected to the point of falling into a state of decay, thereby meeting the definition of blight. This is a reminder that the Town will be filing a blight lien, with the associated daily penalty of one hundred dollars ($100), on the property if it has not been fully repaired by April 30, 2015. You have the right to appeal this action to a Hearing Officer within ten (10) days after service of this notice on you, in accordance with the Anti-Blight Ordinance.
