Certificate Application
The Application for Certificate and supporting data submitted pursuant to
Section 14-311 of the General Statutes of Connecticut, received February 22 and
28, 2002, will be reviewed by the Department of Transportation. You will be
advised by this office if additional information is required.
Should you have any questions regarding the technical review, you may
contact Mr. Vincent A. Avino, P.E. , (860) 594-2740, at the Division of Traffic
Engineering.
Upon completion of the review, a report will be prepared for presentation
to the State Traffic Commission (STC) . The STC, however, may not act on this
matter until all local approvals have been obtained.
The owner, town officials and you will be advised of the subsequent action
of the Commission.
