piumbing components. The Board of DirecttIrs "'as approved your i equest contir_gent upon the
following:
1. All electrical, plumbing and carpentry work roust be performed by a Hcensed and insured
contractor. A copy of the contractor's license and certificate of insurance should be
forwarded to this office.
2. You must get a building permit from the Town of South Windsor.
3. It is recommended that the new wall be constructed prior to removing the old one. The
top plate of the new wall should rest directly on the ceiling joists and not on the
sheetrock.
