RE: Loft Work Request
Dear Mr. Breen:
I presented your request for make changes to your loft area to the Westage
Condominium Association, Board of Directors. The Board has approved your request
with the following conditions:
The loft cannot be extended into the attic area.
Approval from the Town of South Windsor's building department and fire
department.
Any improvements will not be covered under the Association's master policy.
