This is to notify you that your application to the South
Windsor Zoning board of Appealsi requesting a temporary
and conditional pewit to allow the retailing of model
airplane and model rocketry supplies on promises known
of 26 Timber Trail, has been granted as follows*
The board voted to grant, a temporary and conditional
permit for a period not to exceed one year to allow the
retailing of v,,,odel airplane and model rocketry supplies
providing that no signs advertising tho sale of products
be erected on the promises, that storage and sales be in
the basement as outlined in the appeal, and that there
be no testing of rockets on the promises#
