S. and P. E. , dated 5/15/85, No. 85087, subject to the following modifications: 1. Additional trees shall be shown on the landscape plan for this site. 2. A bond in the amount of $5,000 shall be submitted to this Commission to ensure completion of landscaping. 3. Outdoor lighting shall be in accordance with Section 8. 7. 3 of the Zoning Regulations. 4. This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission. 5. Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff. 6 . Within 90 days of the date of approval (by January 20, 1986) , black and white mylars of the plans, with the letters of approval of this Commission and the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission reproduced thereon, together with three blueprint copies, must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped and signed.
