Dear Mr. Martin:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)28678 for your pool is(are)"still open--State-Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate of Use prior to its using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection prior to the removal ofthe winter cover or adding any water to your pool.
All permits should be closed by May 31,2003. Should you have any problems meetingthisdatepleasesendourofficealetterstatingthereasons. (The pool still can't beopened). If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Use a caveat may be
placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
