NOTICE OF BUILDING CODE VIOLATION
The Town of South Windsor hereby gives notice to all persons of building code
violations on property owned by: Andrew Branculho
Which property is located at: 259 Benedict Drive
Said property being more particularly bounded and described in an instrument recorded
in Volume 603 at Page359 of the Town of South Windsor Land Records,
reference to which is hereby made.
The violation(s)pertain to the following section(s) ofthe Building Code:
Connecticut Basic Building Code 1987 section's 112.3, 625.9
N.E.C. 1987 section 680.6
And, the particulars of said violation(s) are more specifically as follows:
