Please be advised that the Planning & Zoning Commission voted
on April 8th to approve the above application for a site plan
of development for property located on Nutmeg Road South, in an
IP zone, as shown on plans prepared by Palmberg & Russo, dated
3-14-86 , revised to 3-18-86 , No. 86018 , subject to the following
modifications :
1. A clean-out should be provided on the sanitary sewer lateral.
2. The minimum size of all pipes shall be 15" .
3. Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must be held
with Town Staff.
4. This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of
the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission.
Please submit black and white transparent mylars of Sheets 1 and
2, together with three blueprint copies of the entire set of plans,
with this letter of approval reproduced thereon. The mylars will
be stamped and signed by the Commission and returned to you for
filing in the Town Clerk ' s Office. You must file them within
90 days or the approval will expire.
No building permits will be issued until the mylars are on file.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
At the April 8 , 1986 meeting, the Planning & Zoning Commission
voted to take the following action;
1. Approve, with modifications, the application of A. I . Savin,
Hartford Jewish Federation and Savin Brothers , Inc . , for
a resubdivision of property located on Connecticut Avenue,
South Satellite Road, and Nutmeg Road South, in Parkcentre,
into 8 lots, IP zone.
2. Approve, with modifications, the application of Tri-State
Industrial Laundries , Inc. , for a site plan of development
on property located on South Satellite Road, in Parkcentre,
IP zone.
3 . Approve, with modifications , the application of Capitol Steel
of Hartford, for a site plan of development for property located
on the west side of Connecticut Avenue, in Parkcentre, IP zone .
4 . Approve, with modifications, the application of Press Services
Gary R. Lamberg) for a site plan of development on property
located on the north side of Nutmeg Road South, in Parkcentre,
IP zone .

Dear Mr. Lamberg:
At the April 14 , 1986 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetland Agency/
Conservation Commission approved with conditions Application #382.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid.
1 . Four large trees (Buttonball, Sycamore, or Red Oaks) in place
of the four White Pines .
2. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the
Town Engineer.
3. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of
South Windsor against any liability which might result from the
proposed operation of use.
4 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $2 , 000 be submitted to the
Planning and Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with the
Conservation Plan and Planting Schedule.
5. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire April 14 , 1987 .

Per the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, a bond in the
amount of $2,000.00 was submitted to ensure compliance with the conservation
plan and planting schedule on the subject building.
The final grading, landscaping and plantings were completed in Octobor 1986.
Therefore, I am requesting the release of this bond.
