Moran, Jr. , Chairman South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Carino Application Review Dear Mr. Moran: This proposal is before the IWA/CC because of the location of Avery Brook as it crosses the rear of "Parcel B". The permit would come under Section 5 .2 of the regulations. If a permit were to be considered, the buffering of the water- course should be spelled out on the plans. There isn't any wetlands on the site and requiring the plans to be filed with the Town Clerk should be sufficient bonding. There is apparently insufficinet area to be disturbed on this wooded lot to qualify for Sedimentation and Erosion requirements. Very truly yours, A.
