Dear Mr. Martin:
According to our records your swimming pool project permitted under Building Permit #26835 is
still not complete, and we would like to close this permit. As of today the last visit to this project by
Building Department personnel was 6/4/01. Your swimming pool should not be used until a
Certificate of Use for the pool is granted by the Building Department.
Please contact the Building department as to the current status of this project.
If a resolution to the open Building Permit is not made within ten working days from receipt of this
letter this office may take other actions to resolve this matter.
