Dear Steve :
In follow-up to our recent phone conversations , I am making this
formal request to obtain your approval to operate a part time
business out of my condo . The business would be the buying and
selling of privately held real estate notes . It would be operated
in compliance with the Town Zoning Department ' s definition as a
minor home occupation and would essentially co lsist of a fax/phone
machine . Mail would be received at another location . No visible
evidence would e: ist at my condo to indicate that a business was in
operation .
As we discussed , please provide me a written letter of approval by
the Association for this activity . This is required by the Town
for registration . Please contact me if you have any further
questions . Thank you .
