Dear Unit Owners,
It has come to my attention that you have been doing some
construction in the basement of building 24 at Westage
Condominium Association.
This activity has not been approved by the Westage
Condominium Association Board of Directors or has a building
permit been pulled with the Town of South Windsor.
If you wish to continue this construction, you must first
receive approval from the association. Without approval, the
association may remove what has been done at your expense.
If you have any questions, please call me at 644-1571.
Sincerely,
Steve Cabaniss
