granted.
the Board voted to allow a rear yard variance of 22#4 feet, a:tic wing
you to construct the l4k v x 101 sunporeah you are t atemplating.
The Board felt that a hardship wdsted to warrant this variance duo
to the fact that the septic tang is located eon one side of the
house and the well on the eppos3.ts side. It was noted that you
had attempted to purchase property to the rear of your wdeting
dwelling in order to be in liance with the eating Ong
regulation#. Al.soo the ward noted because of the geographical
nature of the building 16t, there is no other practical way to make
said addition to the house.
